- The prescribed application form can be downloaded from the University of Sargodha’s official website: www.su.edu.pk.
- Candidates must fill out the application form and submit it along with a complete CV and attested copies of testimonials in hard copy.
- Affix two recent passport-size photographs on each application form.
- For candidates applying on reserved quota posts, separate applications should be submitted with the post title clearly mentioned.

- Candidates already employed by a Government/Semi-Government Department or an Autonomous Body must apply through proper channel by the closing date.
- Incomplete or false information in the application form will result in disqualification.
